• Order and entitlement data (such as the purchase record, amount, currency and the access granted to you) are used to process your purchase and deliver the PDF you bought.
• Payment card information is processed directly by Stripe. ADV DIGITAL LAB does not store your card details.
• Technical and security data (such as request and error information) may be processed to operate, maintain and secure the service.

We process account, order and delivery data to perform our contract with you. We process certain records to comply with legal obligations, including tax and accounting rules. We process technical and security data on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the website and your purchase secure and functioning.

We use a limited number of providers to run this website and your purchase:

• Stripe — payment processing and checkout.
• Supabase — authentication, database and file storage for your account, order records and the product file.
• Lovable and its hosting infrastructure — operating and serving the website.

These providers process data on our behalf, or as independent controllers where they determine their own processing (as is the case for Stripe in relation to payment data).

Essential session and authentication technologies may be used so that you can stay signed in and complete a purchase or download securely.

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above — for example, for as long as your account and purchase access exist — or for as long as we are legally required to retain purchase and accounting records.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to request access to your personal data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, portability, or to object to processing.
